Well, there are a few reasons. One of them is that all through my life people have come to me to ask about what to do when they break up with someone. I have always enjoyed giving them advice and then seeing how the relationship worked out. I enjoy listening to people and letting them share what going on in their lives. In addition to keeping up this blog, I have my own relationship to take care of, some children I am responsible for, and friends are like to keep in touch with. I enjoy a nice glass of single malt scotch from time to time. You can definitely bribe me with a good cigar. And I have dreams of doing some really crazy things like skydiving.

Why Should I Listen to You?

Wow, that is a good question… why should you listen to me? You don’t have to. There is tons of advice out there. I will tell you, that my desire is to help you through your current breakup. But even more than that, I really hope to help you in all of your relationships and for the long-term. Nothing that you read here will be a quick fix.  None of the tips are strategies here will last for a short period time and then go away. You can use any of this stuff any  part of your relationship and improve it. It is not just about the breakup. It is about the relationship.
